We meet at your space, look at sun angles, footings, and how you actually want to use the area.
You get a flat quote with materials, dimensions, and timeline. Nothing changes after this without your say-so.
We handle permits, anchoring, and finish work. Most builds take 1–3 days on site.
Workmanship warrantied, materials covered. We're a text away if anything ever needs a second look.
